SCOPE OF WORK
Design
MJC is a mixed-use project with a perfect scale which is supposed to define perfect developments in OSU, an area that is considered, the downtown of Accra.
While the residential block provides full privacy on both levels, the FUNCTIONAL and the ARCHITECTURAL design, the other corner block incorporates shopping, business & entertain -ment activities and with an INVITING approach, the Ground Floor Piazza MERGES with the road side PEDESTRIAN walkways, a CREATIVE attempt to reclaim the SOCIAL role of the COEXISTENCE between the private and public REALMS.
This CONTRAST in the carefully initiated DESIGN EXPRESSION of the two blocks, is that CHAOS that creates JOY and sometimes LOVE!
